Facilities

Our Presidential Ballroom can be divided into 4 smaller rooms, and we have additional small meeting areas that include, our Fredericksburg Ballroom, our elegant executive boardroom and the Palm Room Banquet space. Our professional meeting planners can provide guidance on which of our variety of meeting spaces will best suit your needs.

Total meeting space is 18,000 square feet.

Total column-free exhibit space is 6,500 square feet.

We can accommodate functions for up to 750 people.

Ample free parking surrounds the hotel and conference center.

A major advantage is that there is ample free parking for all of your guests, whether they are here for a single event or staying overnight in the hotel.

Our 196 guest rooms and specialty suites offer wireless Internet, voice mail on guest telephones, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, a coin-operated laundry and laundry service, full in-room television capabilities and many other amenities. A Junior Olympic-size outdoor pool, restaurant and lounge, business center and exercise room complete the facility.

All of our catering is done in-house.

Location

Meetings - Fredericksburg Hospitality House

The Fredericksburg Hospitality House Hotel and Conference Center is in Fredericksburg, near Caroline, Loudon, Spotsylvania, and Orange Counties located midway between Richmond and Washington, DC, on the Interstate 95 Capital Corridor which connects the capital of Virginia to the nation’s capital.

The hotel is right across the way from the University of Mary Washington and is only 20 minutes south of Marine Corps Base Quantico, a convenient location for off-site training programs.

Guests have a choice of Richmond International or Dulles International Airport, and there is commuter rail from Downtown DC and Washington suburbs as well. The community is near Marine Base Quantico and Central Park and is also surrounded by outstanding historic sites, museums and seven legendary golf courses.

Take exit 130B West off Interstate 95–we’re right there at the intersection of I-95 and Route 3, within sight of the Interstate exit. Our Virginia conference center's location is surrounded by the Central Park shopping, dining and entertainment center, which features dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
