An Inn With a Past

If you look closely at some places of the Inn, you’ll discover traces of its past. Long before Fredericksburg Hospitality House Hotel was established, a dairy farm known as West Lee Hill (or Orange Grove Farm) occupied the land. When construction began on the Fredericksburg Hospitality House Hotel's predecessor in November 1965, great pains were taken to retain the original dairy barn. Elements remain in the Hospitality House Hotel structure to this day. In some places, for example, you can still see the circular walls of the old silo. The lobby and reception areas occupy what was once the barn’s first floor. And the Fredericksburg and Board Rooms are in the former hayloft upstairs.
